Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with comfy bed and large balcony and as new bathroom and got it upon arrival. Staff was super very very helpful and super friendly. A friendly hotel which was walking distance to a bus stop.

The room was brand-new with exceptionally comfortable beds and a balcony. Really enjoyed a bath in my private bathroom. the location was incredible for visiting bars and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. You could walk to shopping streets and supermarkets.

Emilio is an absolute legend, making us feel at home in his incredible sea-facing hotel. The family suite with sea view was a spacious, modern space that exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better, right in the city center with easy access to buses, restaurants, and shops. The views were stunning, and the flawless wifi and amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle made our stay even better. Emilio's dedication and customer care were top-notch, ensuring that we will definitely return if we're ever in this city again.

Emilio, in particular, offers useful recommendations and is attentive to guests' needs. There is also good Wi-Fi available for those who need it.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located accommodation. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the harbor. Emilio, the person who welcomed us, was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The breakfast room offered lovely views and the breakfast itself was good. a highly recommended place to stay in Olbia. We will definitely come back!
